Finn's Art

Finn has never really been one for art. It is too messy, and it is just not really his sort of thing. If there is ever a "creative" activity on offer at Dad's Club, Finn is never interested in it. I've given up trying.
But he seems to be warming up to it at nursery at the moment, as there always seems to be heaps of art coming home. Most of the art is very much pictures of something - a storm, a road, a train-track etc. So perhaps it is more a matter of enacting out his logical brain, rather than being "creative," if that makes sense, but it is still very encouraging.
Unfortunately, things will live in his drawer at nursery for weeks, until it's full, before being sent home en masse to us, and we then leave it in a corner en masse for weeks, or more, and only then (i.e. now) go through it and discover that some of it goes back to November. Others of it are undated... so here is a heap of Finn's art from nursery from over the past four or five months...

Note that this last one was one of poppies - Finn's nursery did a lot around Remembrance Sunday in November.
Here's another one of something - "planet earth" apparently. This is probably Finn's doing, since we put up some stars on his ceiling in December/January, when we spoke about it and explained it all a bit to him.

We're quite impressed, and some of it, deliberately or not, looks great!
